Bradfield Law Practice (BLP) provides legal support in transactions planning (legal due diligence, corporate governance optimization), strategies (transaction structure planning – risks, capital needs, owner objectives etc), execution (legal documents, preparations and negotiations) and in post transaction phase (employment, registry applications, letters to partners, shareholders agreement, restructuring the operations etc).
